Job information

People is the most important asset in APIM Gastro, s.r.o so she/he will be responsible for the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

This position will have strategic and functional responsibilities for all of the HR disciplines being the main the payroll with a depth knowledge of legal and employment law. Besides, she/he has to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes and she/he will be responsible for the development of metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals. Other areas such as selection and recruitment and employee relations will be covered as well.

Responsibilities
- recruiting and staffing
- payroll (withholding tax and social security)
- lead company compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements
- organizational departmental planning
- performance management (metrics and kpi's) and improvement systems
- employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees
- employee onboarding, development, needs assessment
- employee relations (if needed)
- compensation and benefits administration
- employee safety, welfare, wellness and health

c) Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization
- Minimum of 2 years of experience: knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
- Experience in performing analysis and reporting figures to Directors
- Experience in the retail industry (fast food) can be advantage
- Slovak - native
- Very fluent in written and spoken English
- Place of residence: Bratislava
- Available to travel from time to time (in & out of Slovakia)
- Driving Licence B
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in SAP (HCM) - can be advantage

Generally required knowledge:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization
