Job information
Marketing function plays a critical role in APIM Gastro, s.r.o so she/he will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing plan aligned with the overall business strategy.
Primary Job Functions
- Define and conclude marketing strategies with the team and agency
- Coordinate strategies, campaigns and promotions of LSM (Local Store Marketing) per store in communication/coordination with the operations and agency
- Supervision of LSM, ensuring proper execution of established plans.
- Develop and manage budgets for the area, guaranteeing the optimization of the budget.
- Propose actions & promotions (define prices, volume, etc..)
- Comply with the assigned KPIs.
- Measuring, analyzing & follow up of all the marketing strategies that are carried out.
Responsibilities and duties
- Developing and implementing integrated marketing plan
- Analyzing marketing and sales trends to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for store and market level business performance
- Implementing pricing and promotions to ensure a competitive offer versus competition while maintaining a margin to support profitable operations and continued growth.
- identify opportunities for product improvement and increased store-level profitability
- Creating and reviewing all marketing campaigns to understand what drove over/under performance in order to optimize it in the future

Information for the applicant:
Experience
- College Degree Specialized in Marketing Areas.
- 3 to 5 years of work experience (ideally big consumer markets)
Required Skills
- Great analytic and numeric capability, specialized in management and marketing
