Job information

Responsibilities:

• Project management and coordination of all finance tasks to ensure, that new deals are implemented through control, due diligence and transition process

• Define and manage transition to finance operating models across a range of different operating approaches for the implementation of new deals

• Support finance managers in commercial and business case modelling

• Provide project management oversight for the Finance tasks of on-boarding new business or outsourcing arrangements

• Responsibility for adhering to all group and local policies and approval processes relating to bringing in new business

• Represent finance on internal calls and meetings

• Assist preparation of timely and accurately data for internal and external deal reporting

• Ensure compliance with the risk and control framework and the audit requirements

Required:

• Fluent English is mandatory
• 5 years of experience in Complex accounting (within international environment) or Audit
• Project management experience (for example Due diligence projects)
• Experience with US GAAP/IFRS
• Can- do attitide
• Dynamic and proactive approach
• Excellent communication skills
