Job information

Responsibilities: 

• Ensuring standards for productivity and quality assurance are met 
• Setting the vision, direction of the teams by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals, providing individual coaching feedback sessions   
• Weekly one-to-ones that focus on improving customer satisfaction, monitoring real time service levels and schedule adherence 
• Serving as a leader and point of contact for escalated contact resolution of a supervisory nature 
• Participation at the projects   

Requirements: 

• Fluent German and English language is a must 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• 3-5 years of experience at the managerial role (at the customer facing position) 
• Ability to provide effective advice and counsel on strategic communications issues  
• Ability to provide objective performance feedback  
• Ability to review policy process via computer-based database as necessary to provide written and/or oral answers or solutions to customers 
• Experience with the work in an international environment
