Job information

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead end to end Order to cash process 
  • Manage OTC subteams, monitor workload and set priorities 
  • Support timely and accurate reporting of financial results 
  • Motivate and develop team members 
  • Ensure ethical and accounting principle compliance 
  • Lead proactiveness and reliability of all OTC team members 
  • Lead transfer of activities to new ERP system, train new team members and build stable and effective team 
  • Ensure proper posting of incoming invoices and finance documents
  • Support the timely reporting of key financial information; monitor the performance and quality of the activities performed based on agreed Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”)
  • Support compliance with local and US GAAP accounting rules 
  • Support resolution of accounting issues by outlining available options
  • Quality and SOX controls 
  • Participate on transitions and process stabilizations and alignments between regions
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost saving within the department, train and support team member to actively participate on CI projects 

Requirements 

  • Advanced English (written and spoken is a must) 
  • University degree or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/ Accounting 
  • Min. 5 years in the Accounting department 
  • MS-Office, ERPs knowledge  
  • International accountancy certification is advantage 
  • Project management skills 
  • People oriented and team player 
  • Strong analytical skills
