Job information

Responsibilities

• Solving payment related issues and problems
• Ensuring accurate payments for German vendors
• Contacting vendors and guiding them through internal processes
• Processing of vendor´s invoices and keeping in touch with them
• Preparation of analysis on vendor´s accounts
• Acting as a first point of contact for business escalations
• Managing of conference calls or meetings
• Process improvements

Requirements

• Fluent English AND German language is a must
• Min. 2 – 3 years of experience within Financial or Accounting sector (preferably AP /AR)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Advanced user of MS Office
