Job information

Responsibilities:  

• Daily communication with German speaking vendors/sellers 
• Technical assistance and account management services for the vendors/sellers 
• Creation of innovative self-help tools and providing of solutions to help partners better serve their customers and grow their businesses 
• First resolution point for diagnosing technical, operational, system and process issues and propose solutions that will remove barriers to enable resolutions for sellers/vendors  
• Subject matter expert in several platforms 

Requirements:  

• Fluent German and at least upper intermediate English languge is a must
• Data analysis skills 
• Strong prioritization and time management skills 
• Effective communication skills 
• Able to work within a cross-functional team 
• Team player, easily gains the trust and support of peers 
• Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication 
• Enthusiasm
