- Plan, organize and implement from preventive actions in projects, in accordance with the customer requirements, general YF and specific Business
- Communicate with customer for Quality related issues and transfer the customer requirements/information’s to all project team members (Customer Liaison)
- Coordinate and lead Quality relevant activities in the program (Coordination)
- Update and maintain Quality relevant documents (Documentation)
- Participate in workgroups (e.g. FMEA, DFM, DFA, etc.) to ensure the quality input (Information)
- Continue communication with all relevant departments - Regular reporting of the APQP Status in the program, including customer specific reports (Reporting)
- Coordinate and lead all program relevant APQP activities at the supplier base (external) executed by the SQD- / SQA organization (Purchasing) and continue communication with Purchasing, Project team members and Customer
- Interface Supplier Development Purchasing / Project team / Customer
Informácie pre uchádzača:
- Min. 2 years of working experience on quality related activities in automotive environment
- Experience with OEM’s and/or Supplier is ADVANTAGE
- Trained in standards for Quality Management - -- -- Systems (QMS): QS-9000, VDA 6.1, EAQF, AVSQ, EFQM
- Application of QMS tools and techniques
APQP, FMEA, Inspection planning, SPC, DOE, QFD
- English language is MUST
- German is ADVANTAGE
