• Day to day operations management with Travel Agency and main Travel suppliers
• Management of the delivery of services for our global travel agencies, airlines, car rentals and hotels
• Support Travel Strategy team with their saving opportunities
• Negotiate rates with some of our hotels in Europe that are not a part of chains but used by the company
• Create and monitor the list of suppliers that are on the list compared with the highly utilized hotels in our network based on spend
• Review of new products and tools offered by agencies; Implementations of new tools as deemed appropriate in alignment with Travel Strategy team and global applicability
• Conduct audits of the online travel tool
• Maintain travel suppliers database; Approvals of purchase orders for travel commodity; approvals of supplier add/change requests
• Work with suppliers to ensure policy compliance and traveler satisfaction
• Communication and awareness to the business on travel policies and requirements
• Regular update on the SharePoint site
• Work with Finance to standardize invoicing from Travel suppliers and support the resolution of invoicing issues
Informácie pre uchádzača:
• Minimum 2-3 Years of Purchasing Experience or Equivalent Business Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree Business in Preferred
• Very good communication, networking and interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively and independently with other teams at different levels locally, regionally and globally
• Strong Project management skills. Able to manage multiple Projects teams with individuals of diverse background (gender, race, nationality and work experience)
• Decision Making - Able to make routine decisions independently and recognize non-routine problem situation
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Knowledge of industry Travel standards and practices will be preferred
• English language – fluent, other languages are advantage
