Job information

Implement and supervise the expansion plan, by managing the process for the acquiring of store premises, to manage the stores portfolio and to represent the company in the commercial real estate market.
Realising the growth potential of the operation in Czechia and Slovakia and maximising it’s profitability by optimal use of the available resourses. Coordination and development of specific scope of action (sales, inventory, marketing,merchandising - VM) aimed mainly at harnessing of the potential of the company, measured by increased turnover and profit.

Working conditions of the position
a) Working schedule
•full-time (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week); the distribution of working hours shall be unequal (working time can be distributed Saturdays and Sundays, as appropriate).
•overtime: if necessary, at the request of the employer, in accordance with the legal provisions.
b) The material conditions
•Ambiental Not working in special environmental conditions.
•Travel Makes frequent trips, participating in events outside the company, in the country and abroad.
•Space moving frequently in the company and in open spaces.
c) Training conditions Participate in various trainings, workshops, seminars, specialized congresses, based on company’s training plan.
d) Buget Manages the budget allocated.

Information for the applicant:

Work experience required (lengh of speciality required by the position):
Preferably at least 5 years in the activity field, of which at least 3 years in managerial positions.
Level of education:
University degree, preferably economic, marketing or management.

Generally required knowledge:

•Knowledge of labour and commercial law.
•Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Knowledge of foreign languages: English, preferably advanced. Polish will be an advantage.
•Knowledge of the network market clothing retail industry or related commercial area;
•Knowledge of the retail network management;
•Knowledge of the retail market;
•Knowledge of the development strategy;
•Knowledge of economic and financial analysis of companies;
•The ability to create and manage a budget;
•Ability to communicate, verbally and in writing (including the ability to hold presentations);
•Professional level knowledge on trends in company’s business field at national and international level;
