Job information

Our client is looking for a dynamic Team leader of Underwriters and offers unique opportunity for candidates without specific insurance background and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Build a new team of underwriters in Bratislava
• Hiring, training, development and motivation of the team
• Registration and allocation of underwriting cases in the system
• Examine medical and financial documents received, establish a recommendation
• Communication with clients (insurance companies), providing trainings and audits
• Participate in different projects and initiatives

Requirements:

• Fluent English is a must
• People management experience (at least 2-3 years), ideally within insurance/life insurance/underwriting area (this is considered only as an advantage, but not needed)
• Great communication skills
• Very good leadership skills
• Dynamic and flexible personality
