Are you experienced Successfactors Consultant? Are you an expert in SAP? We are currently looking for our top IT client the position of Successfactors Consultant.
Main responsibilities:
- Support the lead Consultant in all aspects of implementation projects
- Help determine requirements and participate in requirements gathering activities
- Collaborate with Clients to define the scope of a project; clarify a Client's system specifications to define software, hardware and network requirements; understand their work practices and the nature of their business
- Liaise with Client staff at all levels of a Client organization in a consultative manner, offering best practices and sound advice
- Assist with analyzing requirements within companies and giving independent, relevant and objective advice on the use of the product functionality
- Develop agreed solutions and implementing new systems
- Present solutions and status updates in regular written or oral reports; excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Assist Clients with training and/or support activities; train and educate Clients on the proper use of the functionality implemented; prepare documentation and training aides as necessary
- Help lead user acceptance testing where the implemented functionality is concerned as it relates to system design
- Prepare documentation and present progress reports to Clients
- Travel to Client sites as needed
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science.
- Experienced as Successfactors Consultant - with certificate (3 - 5 years).
- SAP Specialist.
- Client-facing experience
- Able to work on project tasks as assigned based on implementation requirements, often on multiple Clients within the same time period
- Able to work within a fast-paced environment
- Able to follow detailed instructions
- Able to meet Client deliverables according to the agreed upon date/time
- Able to perform well independently or collaborate as a strong team player and multi-task in a matrix environment
- Able to think outside of the box, research as needed and leverage information to determine solution
- Able to take the initiative with little direction to address business needs or opportunities once alignment is achieved
- Able to self-manage multiple assignments during the same time period
- Able to independently maintain or seek the latest knowledge in areas of expertise, proactively knowledge share with team members
