We are currently seeking an experienced full time Marketing Manager to join our company. The Marketing Manager will be joining to co-ordinate and delivery the day-to-day marketing operations, PR and communications activities of the Company and support the delivery of the long term marketing strategy. This is a 360-degree marketing role and will include digital, PR and internal communication, CRM marketing activities, events organization and always seeking for opportunities to expand our brand awareness. The candidate should have a Return On Investment mindset coupled with business acumen and a proven record of alignment with the sales and commercial functions of a business. The Marketing Manager work collaboratively across the business and the CEE Marketing team. The role will report to the Managing Director of Slovakia and the Group Marketing Director. - Work with local management in Slovakia to establish and deliver an integrated Marketing, Digital and PR Plan. - Create, Managing and measure all marketing and digital activities - Work with marketing, finance and business management to maintain effective budgetary control - Liaising with local senior management to identify projects which require Marketing and PR support. - Develop and manage the key Digital elements : Social Media, Website, emailing, etc channels and provide suggestions and Return On Investment (ROI). - Work with CEE marketing team in managing and continuously improve conversion rates of the website. - Manage Job Board and social media budget, strategy and plan following through to monitoring usage and ROI and credit and license allocation as agreed with Central and local management. - Work with local operations and CEE marketing team in ensuring the maintenance and updating of internal Communication strategy, events and incentives. - Supporting marketing objectives and marketing requirements of the local branches across Slovakia, supporting the growth plans and measure the ROI - Work on CRM marketing automation activities to nurture candidates and clients - Design and implementation of local marketing campaigns - Implementation of global corporate activities locally - Manage the creative agency - Managing Marketing statistics - Manage a local PR calendar of activities and drive PR activity with the PR agency - Design, maintain and build an internal and external local events calendar - Develop sales support tools and marketing literature and direct marketing activity for target client and candidate segments.

Všeobecne požadované znalosti:
The ideal candidate will be university degree educated in marketing and digital or equivalent with 5-6 years’ experience in Marketing with B2C and B2B experience supporting a growing professional services brand and business. - Native Slovak speaker and fluent English is a must - Exceptional communication and writing skills - Well-organized and detail oriented person - Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software and applications
