Job information

Responsibilities:

• Direct reporting line to Head Office Controller
• Intercompany cross charging process
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Unbilled costs billing/clean up
• Payroll upload for specific entities
• Cost center expense controlling and reporting activities
• Balance sheet and Income statement review and reconciliations preparation
• Purchase orders approval activities
• Travel & Entertainment costs monitoring
• Month end closing activities

Requirements:

• Advanced Englsih (written and spoken) is a must 
• Degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/ Accounting
• Min 2 years experience in the Accounting department 
• Strong accounting background
• MS Office knowledge – strong Excel skills
• 1 week of afternoon shift during as the support of NA region (salary adjusted by special rate)
