- Active participation on the introduction of new / transferred projects and production phase, Feasibility study - Participate on Kick-off meetings on customer side - Active communication with customers about claims and new projects, preparation and confirmation needed samples - Active communication with suppliers about new projects, needed samples - Secure and maintain records related to inspection from quality processes including SPC, MSA , product audits, validity of calibration and testing records - Secure line, product, process, system, environment and document audits to secure those Quality systems are followed. - Create CP, FMEA, APQP, PPAP documentation, EMPB documentation, 8D Reports, IMDS - Coordinate Quality nonconformities with all related departments (MFG, MPE, WH…). - Stop/ releasing produced parts based on inspection results. - Blocked area – keeping and maintaining on minimal levels/amounts - Creation and revision of inspection standards for Quality members, retraining in Quality field for operators and Quality members - Compliance with the requirement of ISO/TS 16949, FMEA, CP,MSA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, VDA, Formel Q. - Apply electronic transfer tickets related to materials, parts.
