SpenglerFox a Global Talent Consultancy providing a fresh approach to Executive Search, Human Capital Solutions, Interim Management, Talent Mapping and Board Solutions in both mature and emerging markets is looking for its Client for the position of FINANCE MANAGER. Client is an international manufacturing company located in East Slovakia. Finance Manager together with the other members of the management team will play a key role in the management of the company. He/she is in charge of the complete financial management and human resources of the company and tightly co-operates on a company strategy and development with a Plant Manager. Key Responsibilities - All local accounting, VAT, Tax and similar matters - All group reporting matters to Headquarters - Key role in the budgeting and forecasting cycle - In charge of the cash management, in close coordination with HQ - Optimize working capital management by monitoring and challenging the local team on proactive follow-up of outstanding receivables, payables and inventory control - Assure the implementation of and follow up on company policies and procedures, optimise internal control procedures and you assure compliance with the existing policies - Take care of the intercompany reconciliations and you assure compliance with transfer pricing policies - The liaison with the external auditors and the banks, in close coordination with HQ - Overall responsibility for local human resources - Responsible for coordination of external services related to HR and payroll

Generally required knowledge:
Qualifications and Experience: - Excellent controlling and accounting skills - Experience in financial and business controlling in an international production environment - Ability to translate financial numbers into concrete action plans - Strong business acumen and ability to understand the reality behind the figures - Understanding of financial concepts, e.g. NWC - Understanding of cash management optimization - Familiar with internal control procedures - Languages: Slovak and English - Advanced Excel knowledge and ERP experience - Master Degree or Bachelor Degree with a relevant experience
