: Conceptional and organisational lead of core key-cross Finance projects
: Conceptual and analytical work for CFO in areas of corporate Finance, M&A and ad hoc topics
: Preparation of analysis of financial documents, contracts, request and elaborations processing, professional statements, reports and statements.
: Preparation and communication of outcomes/meeting minutes from financial meetings and negotiations.
: Consult and monitor flow less tasks fulfillment and it´s implementation of management decisions for delegated areas or responsibility.
: Conduct translation of materials for company bodies.
: Preparation of professional materials and backups for both internal and external negotiations.
