Job information
- Subject Matter expert on site for the MQOS: (quality manual, procedures, work instructions…), SPC. PFMEA and Quality assurance across the Nitra plant,
- Carrying out ISO TS (IATF) 16 949 Audits throughout all plant areas, including production and indirect areas.
- Implemented ISO TS (IATF) 16 949 requirements and cooperate on IATF (ISO TS) 16949 and ISO 9001 certifications
- Report out site quality KPI´s and audit performance, including non conformances and corrective action status to next hierarchical level.
- Concern, definition and problem analysis will be an integral part of the job, as will liaison with Company Quality Coaches and audit teams to ensure continued compliance to company and plant level procedures.
Information for the applicant:
- Experience in procedure adherence, control and auditing in a manufacturing environment: IATF (ISO TS) 16949, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans)
- High level of IATF (ISO TS) 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements
- Experiences with IATF (ISO TS) 16949 and ISO 9001 certifications
- Ability to lead cross functional teams
- Ability to collect, collate and communicate data effectively to all levels within the Company is essential
- Ability to lead cross functional teams
- Problem Solving skills
- Familiarity within automotive manufacturing certification processes
- Experience in quality management processes
- Experience with Lean and continuous improvement tools.
- English language skills
