Job information

We have an exciting opportunity to work for a new automotive Company in the Nitra region. We are hiring for the position of Supply Chain Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
- Liaison with key JLR support departments (including Manufacturing , Purchase , STA) and the supply base at senior levels to ensure parts are available to cover variable shift operating patterns.
- Work closely with Lead Logistics Provider to ensure 100% parts availability
- Establish long lasting relationships with supply base and JLR colleagues
- Control and manage Material Requirement Plan
- Continuously control MRP parameterization and results
- Plant & pipeline inventory management
- Prepare & maintain accurate KPI's supporting departmental objectives including plant measurables data for joint weekly meeting including S/Q/D/C/P/E scorecard measurables
- Support replacement part orders (inc database update) aftermarket requirements / OTA / Engineering & Launch activities.
- Generate & maintain standards & procedures Interfacing with key areas
- Maintain system accuracy and support P.I. process
- Control of Premium Freight expenditure within Supply Chain & drive innovative cost efficiencies
- To Supervise Supply Chain operations/teams across variable shift operating patterns
- Coordination of JIS material planning
- Continuously work on supplier improvements and supply chain improvement
