Job information

Currently we are looking for a communicative person who would like to start career as a finance customer support specialist in an international company.

Responsibilities: 

• Daily communication with customers via email or phone related to invoice status or any important details in English language
• Support resolution of on holds items, focus on timely and high quality resolution
• Preparation of Ad Hoc analysis of vendors accounts
• Work with internal databases, resourcing of needed information
• Cooperation with other departments to find solution for outstanding isssues

Requirements: 

• Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken) is a must 
• Secondary Economic School or University degree in the area of finance, accounting, economics 
• Minimum 1 year working experience in Accounting or Customer service
• General accounting knowledge
• Communicative and problem solving personality will fit great for this position
