Job information

Do you wish to start your career in the field of finance and accounting? Are you experienced in finance, administration or even sales? Are you driven and motivated to start your career with utilization of active English and Hebrew language?

We are looking for an administrative clerk with financial and accounting background, who will be responsible for:
• Data administration of contracts, master data, billing, reporting etc.
• Responsibility for correct data entries
• Regular communication with other countries´ contacts regarding necessary clarifications and closing open issues
• Log issues and discuss with or escalate to team leader
• Regular inputs for reporting
• Process improvements and harmonization activities support
• Process analysis and improvement actions
• Meeting KPIs and high quality standards
• Ad-hoc tasks

Generally required knowledge:

• Strong language skills Hebrew and English
• Finance, administration or sales background
• Secondary school education or University education (preferably in the field of finance, economics or business administration)
• Good MS office skills
• SAP experience - advantage
• Driven, punctual, focused and detail-oriented
• Team spirit, customer-oriented

Employee requirements

  • Minimum required education:
    stredoškolské bez maturity
  • Language skills:
    Anglický jazyk (pokročilý - C1)
    Hebrejský jazyk
