Job information

Responsibilities:  

• Manage and develop a team processing Purchase to Pay (PTP) tasks 
• Lead an assigned team where the team members are covering agendas of AP and Operational procurement 
• Maintain team motivation and team spirit 
• Coach and ensure continuous personal development of team members 
• Set the targets for team members, perform evaluation and provide timely feedback 
• Ensure the everyday business tasks of the team are completed on time and of required quality 
• Ensure provision of efficient PTP services for internal customers in a defined area of responsibility 
• Identify the process improvement measures and drive their implementation 
• Communicate with business departments on process issues and work on their resolution 
• Cooperate on projects 
• Perform and ensure documentation of quality control in the team 

Requirements: 

• Advanced English and Hungarian (both written and spoken) is a must 
• Eductation in Accounting/Finace
• At least 4 years expeirtience in Accounting/Procurement
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Reliability and flexibility
• Willingness to travel
