Job information

Responsibilities:

• Guide and coach junior accountants and train new team members 
• Verify and post invoices via SAP 
• Control mandatory fields in OCR as orders and other requirements necessary for invoice recording 
• Process returned invoices, cancels invoices and checks open items 
• Prepare payment proposal list 
• Communicate with the customer and suppliers 
• Maintain master data (accounts, vendor groups) 
• Participate in project work 

Requirements:

• Advanced English and at least intermediate Polish language 
• At least 1.5 years of working experience in Accounting (part time/full time)
• Strong analytical skills 
• Strong communication skills 
• Willingness to work in an international team
