Job information

Responsibilities:

  • Processing payroll for entities in Poland
  • Reconciliation of payroll data
  • Responsibility for accurate and timely reporting of payroll data for internal and external needs
  • Participation on process and knowledge transfer from Poland to Bratislava SSC
  • Setting of new processes
  • Communication with different departments and contacts
  • Administration of absences
  • Review of taxable benefits in payroll related sources
  • Leading the team of payroll specialists

Requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Finance. Experience in end to end payroll processing/accounting
  • Experience in Polish payroll related law/rules would be a huge advantage
  • People management experience and skills
  • Stress resitant personality
  • Multitasker
