Responsibilities: Requirements
• Focus on CRM Service
• Design and implementation of Service Processes within SAP CRM
• Roll-out of solution to different client locations
• Bug Fixing/Issue resolution during testing
• Support Go Live & Hypercare
• Focus on SAP CRM Service Processes
• Experience with regards to CRM ABAP, ABAP OO, WebUI, WebDynpro ABAP
• Deep knowledge of SAP CRM Service customizing
• Knowledgeable with Adobe Interactive Forms (SifbA) is a plus!
• Knowledge of SAP CRM Service Manager / Agentry is a plus!
• Experience with LSMW / SAP Data Migration techniques
• CRM Master data know how and how they are used in SAP CRM
• Experience with ETL tools, SQL, Excel + Access
• Experience with Integration techniques from/to SAP CRM
• Fluent English; German is a plus
• Able to work self-driven with high quality results
• Able to come to Germany at times to conduct/support workshops as needed (approx. 30% travel at a max.)
