Job information

Responsibilities:

  • Building and coaching a team that delivers front-office or back-office related tasks in maintaining HR data for employees, managers and HR professionals
  • Manage an active partnership with the HR stakeholders across EMEA
  • Negotiate service delivery SLAs, review, write and modify service delivery-related policies
  • Manage overall and day-to-day operations in the service center, always with a strong focus on customer service
  • Monitor performance of systems and staff
  • Adjust staffing levels based upon volume trends
  • Implement continuous process improvement framework in order to improve process effectiveness and efficiency
  • Prepare team performance reports
  • Track metrics and drive consistent service delivery through establishing quality system
  • Lead and participate in HR sponsored special projects or initiatives pertaining to service delivery
  • Build, coach and manage a team of 8-15 HR Analysts
  • Maintains expert understanding of all HR systems/technologies, including PeopleSoft, Share Point knowledge-base, contact center applications and MS Dynamics case management and ensure that team members fully understand and utilize the tools and processes


Requirements:

  • Fluent English written and spoken is must  
  • Around 5 years of Operations or HR experience in SSC (managerial position)
  • Supervisory experience, leadership skills and communication skills
  • Project management and process improvement skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
