Job information

In this role you will support the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) team, which is responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts to enhance the Corporate Solutions´ (CorSo) position with key clients and brokers
• Preparation of skeleton documents (e.g. meeting pre-reading templates, broker status reports)
• To maintain information stored in CorSales (e.g., updating of broker contact information)
• Support initiatives relating to sales effectiveness/ sales analytics, tracking/ reporting of sales performance
• Support the monitoring of sales effectiveness with the support/preparation of monthly reports (e.g. campaign management)
• Diary management / travel bookings / expenses for team leads
• To assist the global SFE team in arranging internal & external meetings/events with clients / brokers

Generally required knowledge:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both oral and written
• Team oriented, with high energy, enthusiasm and commitment to delivering top level work with integrity
• Highly motivated self-starter
• Highest degree of integrity and ethics
• Innovative; ability to recognize the need for new or modified approaches and to provide a fresh perspective when solving problems and making decisions
• Financial service experience; preferably, but not limited to insurance, or brokerage
• Experience on similar role at least 2-3 years

Required education:
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Master's degree)
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)
