Job information

Researches, analyzes, and develops modifications to compensation and benefits programs to meet identified organization objectives and needs. Monitors competitive trends in compensation and benefits and evaluates alternatives and costs.

* Manages entire Salary Increase process (internal & external data analysis, proposal for management, salary adjustments etc.)
* Prepares salaries set-up for all new employees considering external and internal fairness system
* Re-evaluates and proposes structure of Benefits. Coordinates their pay-outs/deliveries and documentation
* Provides consultancy to all levels of line managers and employees in terms of Compensation system, Salary structure, Benefits entitlement etc.
* Is responsible for Job Description database and supports managers in JDs creation
* Participates in HR projects and regional initiatives related to Comp&Ben field

Generally required knowledge:

* We are looking for a candidate from Malacky region, able to commute to Rohoznik every day
* 2 years of experience in area of compensation and benefits in multinational company
* Advanced knowledge of English and Excel is a must
* Experience with SAP and Hay grading is an advantage
* University education - economic specialization
* Microsoft Excel - advanced
* Microsoft PowerPoint - advanced
* Driving licence - B

    vysokoškolské I. stupňa (bakalárske)
  • Language skills:
    Anglický jazyk (pokročilý - C1)
  • Driving license:
    B
