Job information

Successful candidate will be supporting the client facing teams, responsible for business managed by European Branches. Business Coordinator is the port of call for all administrative tasks and the driving force for their execution, collaborating with our internal stakeholders.

Your main tasks delivered in English language and/or market language:
- ensuring proper entries in data tools (responsible for data quality in systems)
- monitoring processes and reminding of pending tasks and deadlines
- data gathering, reviewing of the client portfolio and reporting
- preparing and checking contractual documentation in compliance with the guidelines
- drafting external correspondence
- preparing reports and presentations for client visits and events
- establishing & maintaining strong collaboration with client facing staff
- daily use of Swiss Re tools and applications and MS office package
- cooperating and coordinating tasks across internal teams
- other specific tasks as required by client facing staff and/or line manager

Generally required knowledge:

Working experience in financial services, insurance, reinsurance is an advantage

- Language skills:
English advanced
French/German advanced
- MS office package ( Excel, Word, Power Point)

Required education:
Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Master's degree)
University education (Bachelor's degree)
