Job information

Responsibilities:

• Leading and developing the team
• Coordinate accounting activities at department
• Implement technical improvements focused on fixed assets processes
• Control of fixed assets register based on US GAAP/Local GAAP
• Ensure smooth daily operations, solve any issues and problems raised
• Support compliance with local and US GAAP accounting rules, SOX
• Timely react on any requests from external parties
• Monthly /Quarterly Reporting
• Management of team - metrics, results, motivation, coaching, development

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or relevant working experience
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• 3 years experience in accounting within international company
• People management experience
• Very good communication skills
