Job information

Responsibilities:

• Daily support of the CFOs and finance corporate solutions teams across the Europe in strategic projects  
• Coordination of the reporting and analysis processes  
• Participation at the budgets preparation and analysis of the actual costs against the budget  
• Participation at the planning and organization of the conferences and meetings (agenda planning, preparation of the presentations)  
• Support the communication activities  
• Coordination of activities, priorities and ad-hoc requests  
• Produce Finance documents for internal use (manager and employees) 

Requirements:

• University degree from Finance/Economics 
• Fluent English- written and spoken is a must 
• Knowledge of German is very welcome 
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Finance services 
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Especially Excel and Power Point) 
• Experiences in Project management 
• Client orientation 
• Analytical thinking
