Job information

Responsibilities:

  • Proper and timely operation related tasks to the respective finance area 
  • Ensure compliance of the accounting documents with requirements and archiving policies 
  • Ensure compliance of accounting with accounting standards 
  • Evidence on the costs ledger according to requirements of business units 
  • Accurate and timely closure of the books according to HO and business units requirements 
  • Timely and accurate settlements to third parties and vendors 
  • Proper allocation of costs into accounting periods 
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of tax related data 
Requirements:
  • Advanced English and Hungarian is a must  
  • High School or University degree in Economics/Finance 
  • Experience in Accounting/Finance/Back Office is very welcome 
  • Good knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
