Job information

Data Integrity team is responsible for accurate set up of static data within various asset management tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of Portfolio creation, modification and termination process in the tool and source systems
  • Manage data reconciliation processes and establish frequency of reconciliation
  • Manage end-to-end data integrity checks to ensure Data quality issues are sufficiently addressed post trade
  • Data flow process mapping - including trading, operations, finance, and risk
  • Responsible for the compiling and processing of the electronic security master file, and other ancillary data files (assist with analytics issues and analysis)
  • Set up and maintenance of static data in tools


Requirements:
Advanced English language is a must
University education in economics preferred
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel (lookup functions, pivot tables and VBA is advantage)
Very good analytical skills
Strong team player and team orientation
Good negotiation skills
