The Reward team (which is just under 40 people in 5 locations) seeks to provide best-in-class Reward solutions for Swiss Re (in key matters of Compensation, Benefits and International Mobility) that are compliant and sensitive to business, risk and financial requirements as well as aligned to the Group Reward Strategy. It is a Centre Of Excellence with a passion for quality, supporting the delivery of an integrated service for HR and the Business on all matters of Reward.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Head of Reward. You will be mainly responsible for managing his diary, setting up meetings and taking care of travel planning, as well as the respective travel arrangements and expenses. The role will include close cooperation with many other departments, and with senior secretaries of the Executive Committee and the Chairman's office. Your role will also include preparing presentations and any other relevant documents.

Generally required knowledge:

Around 5 years of work experience in a comparable assistant function.

- Ability to work on a stand-alone basis
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibly, also in terms of working hours
- Organisational skills
- Strong focus on attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to take the initiative and to anticipate any possible issues, as well as the ability to respond quickly to challenges
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to constructively challenge the team
- Teamwork skills and a service-oriented approach
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act in a discrete and trustworthy way
- Very good command of English, German is a plus

Required education:
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Master's degree)
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)
