Job information

 to lead and manage the general accounting transactions, monthly close process and
financial statement preparation,
 General Ledge Manager will re - create and then manage all aspects of the company's
general ledger transactions,
 to establish and conduct the accounts general ledger policiy and yearly targets,
 to deliver services to customers according to the service level agreement,
 to prepare and manage monthly financial schedules with operational departments,
 to follow KPIs and take necessary actions,
 Ad hoc reporting (HR, rental Business, etc.),
 to work proactively with financial auditor and financial controller,
 to manage the daily general accounts operations (fixed assets, stock taking: new vehicle, used vehicle, spare parts, cash, intercompany flows, auxiliary accounting),
 to analyze compensation accounts for cash in/out with banks,
 to manage debt transfer with Coface & Eurofactor,
 to analyze balance sheet evolution, in particular at (yearly/semesterly/quarterly) closing,
 to review more complex transactions and prepare reconciliations, adhering to compliance standards,
 to keep operational standards up to date and audit conform,
 to establish and ensure that operational standards are met for timely and accurate
monthly closing…

Generally required knowledge:

 8-10 years experience acquired in the financial and accounting sector (accounts payable, receivable, general ledger),
 2-4 years of supervisory experience,
 following background - German company, automotive industry, shared services activity, 2 years preferred, 1 as a minimum,
 German – fluent AND English – fluent,
 accounting: Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB) – financial accountant AND International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) - reporting package,
 controlling and tax knowledge is an advantage,
 expert understanding of general ledger accounting processes,
 present information in an effective manner, reply to questions from certified accountants/ administrations/ customers,
 proficient with data analytics, report development and presentation skills,
 drives for results and deadlines,
 planning & organizational skills to balance and prioritize tasks,
 able to adjust to a faced paced environment with varying deadlines,
 capability to conduct projects related to general ledger and intercompany,
 strong leadership skills and ability to motivate/manage staff,
 teamplayer,
 proficient in MS Office skills,
 proficient in SAP - all accounting activities are done based on SAP ,

    vysokoškolské I. stupňa (bakalárske)
  • Language skills:
    Anglický jazyk (pokročilý - C1)
