Job information

Responsibilities:

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in plant ERP system and central transport desk systems to guarantee correct input for Transport Planning and Freight Clearing processes
• Understanding of data transfer structure, execution and development of various reports
• Execution of the Operational Transport desk – Data Coordination function for all plants
• Ensure timely and qualitative input of the Data Cleansing/Enrichment process
• Continuously audit and push, improve Data quality with functional departments in line with Transport Desk requirements
• Document, report and follow-up status of the Data Cleansing/Enrichment in the plants
• Continuously improve Data Cleansing/Enrichment processes and keep up-to-date Supply Chain Trainings and Documentation and Guidelines for Data Cleansing/Enrichment processes in line with Transport Desk systems requirements
• Development of reports and tools using Excel Macros and VBA

Requirements:

• Fluent English- written and spoken is a must 
• Technical and/or commercial eduation
• MS Office advanced user (Excel – expert, VBA and MS Access knowledge needed)
• Basic knowledge of transport planning
• SAP knowledge is welcome
• Good communication skills
