For our client - one of the most successful IT companies worldwide, we are looking for IT Architect - SW team lead, who will be part of an agile development team, working on enterprise software systems on top of the Java enterprise stack.
He / she will be responsible for:
- managing team of people,
- hiring, performance reviews, compensation and determining promotions.
- performing execution of specific strategic functions
- coatching and mentoring team members

Requrements:

- knowledge of IBM SOA platform.
- strong experience in development in Java or/and DB areas, with knowledge of several related technolgies and frameworks, web and application servers (JBoss, Apache)

Všeobecne požadované znalosti:
