Job information

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyse client requirements and help to find a best procurement strategy
• Identify and source potential suppliers based on the requirements provided
• Communication and relationship management with key customers and suppliers
• Negotiate client’s terms and conditions along with their Procurement and Legal department
• Ensure best pricing and terms and conditions
• Manage contract execution process
• Track and monitor supplier performance
• Prepare various analyses regarding to the client’s need
• 2 months stay in Germany for knowledge transfer from the client

Requirements:

• Fluency (written and spoken) in both- English and German is a must
• 3 - 4 years buying experience in a corporate procurement organization
• Preferred experience in buying goods and services
• Procurement and analytical background
• Great interpersonal skills (need to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers / customers on a regular basis)
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers in German
