Job information

Manage local HR team of 10 and drive the strategy for further gorwth of the copmany

Responsibilities:

• management of local HR delivery team and bring ideas to day to dat operations
• excellent local customer support for company' s employees
• followand build on local market trends and innitiatives
• maintain all the processes in alignment with labour code and internal procedures
• support business in their activities from HR perspective
• take initiative in HR process building and improvement

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of HR leading/managerial role in corporation or SSC environment
• fluent English
• Proven experience with following HR areas: acquisition, deployment, L&D, payroll
• people management
• change management
• vendor management
• labour code knowledge
• process implementation
