Job information

In this role, you will support Location Head of Swiss Re Bratislava office in his daily work and interactions with Swiss Re colleagues inside and outside of Bratislava.

Daily tasks include administrative support, communications and support of the local management team. Frequent interactions with various teams as well as senior corporate managers offers unique insights into the business of Swiss Re, as well as valuable learning opportunities.

• Support Location Head in his daily work
• Own and organise calendar of Location Head
• Organise meetings and client visits (booking rooms, scheduling calendar entries, setting up internal/external teleconferences, videoconferences, LYNC meetings, registering guests, organising catering etc.)
• Organise business trips (booking flights, transfers, accommodation, schedules etc.)
• Process invoices and expense reports for Location Head
• Work with confidential information
• Prepare and edit various documents (PowerPoint presentations, correspondence with internal and external stakeholders, taking meeting minutes, etc.)
• Responsible for corporate archive

Employee requirements

  • Language skills:
    Anglický jazyk (pokročilý - C1)
