Data Integrity and Control function is responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of static data in order to reduce the challenges our organization, and at the same time improve management reporting. The team gathers current information relevant to the data exchange and quality of data across relevant AM systems.
We aim to bring together synergies between all AM Systems and other systems consuming AM data. We will further increase standardization of the process for set-up and maintenance of static data.

The role gives great exposure across the whole spectrum of AM activity. There will be much to learn across the business, but there will also be the possibility to make a real difference in a relatively changing and dynamic business area.

• Data Integrity Team leader is responsible for managing DI team globally, with a hand over each day, working in guiding, training and development of staff.
• Coordinating and ensuring activities of Data Integrity teams in both locations – This brings an opportunity to standardize and unify the current process for the administration, maintenance and monitoring of data and information that is needed in the day-to-day operations activities.
• DI team leads are ensuring procedures are written and updated on an ongoing basis. Controls are reviewed on a semi-annually basis.
• Responsible for checking accuracy of all related security master information maintained in the trading systems. Ensure the team analyses and modifies un-reviewed security master records to support the trade workflow and adheres to the 4 eye process.
• Daily data integrity checks related to security master static (yields and amortized value, registration for Reg S and 144a for all AM managed securities.)
• Responsible for managing reference data static as portfolios, agreements, counterparty, settlement/payment instructions. Overall responsibility for accurate processes within reference data systems Aladdin, UPH, Finace, TLM, Murex, Cerebro, NTR.
• Working with the wider Middle Office and other AM Operations functions to enhance the overall knowledge of static data processes, weaknesses, and how they might be overcome in future.
• Working across the business to ensure that data policies and procedures are accurately and succinctly defined and adhered to.
• Understand controls in place over the flow of data across other units.
• Document and report any issues relating to any static in all systems Data Integrity Team maintains.
• Assist in testing and UAT of new static data related projects.
• Knowledge of the various functions within Investment Operations.
• Managing or overall supervisory of project which require Data Integrity team´s participation.

Generally required knowledge:

5+ years of experience with financial industry firm or similar.
Fundamental and broad knowledge in general financial instruments and derivative instruments.

• Experience with management of very large data sets.
• Strong process, systems skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong team player mentality with a focus on execution.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
