Our client is a successful international automotive supplier with branches all over the world. The IT center in Bratislava supports global projects of the branches, provides technical maintainance and support for users and management in all IT related questions. In order to run the business effectively, our client is looking for an IT Asset Manager.
Responsibilities:
- supporting units and business managers, acting as senior business analyst on global level
- creating data analysis and business models, developing cost/benefit analysis, creating and delivering KPIs analysis to executive-dashboards and preparing numerous reports
- responsible for business processes: entering, maintaining and updating them, creating standards and roadmaps
- supervising the change management process
- supporting budget preparation

Requirements:
- Background: Finance/Economics in combination with Business analysis/Data Mining
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Experience in IT Asset Management considered as advantage
- Knowledge of business processes in an international organisation
- Experience with budgeting, cost controll, KPIs analysis, improvement of business processes
- fluency in English - business language
