Our client is world’s largest provider of digital subscription services with vast cloud solutions and great & cool team of developers. For their new software project we are looking for PHP Engineer.
Responsibilities:
-design and develop highly scalable, maintainable web applications
-maintain coding standards
-create flexible and reusable applications using n-tiered modular designs
-perform code testing and performance analysis
-active participation in internal meetings to discuss the code development
-communication with other company departments in order to meet the software development criteria
Requirements:
-5+ years of full-time of software development (preferably in clustered PHP app server environment) incl. Building web services (using both RST and SOAP)
-3+ years of proven experience in object-oriented PHP and design patterns (Zend fw)
-experience with cloud architectures (EC2, Azure, GAE) and e-commerce (PCI, OAuth, Security Assertion Markup Language, OpenID)
-in-depth knowledge of Model View Presenter web frameworks and Object-Relational Mapping frameworks, as well as No-SQL (Cassandra, MongoDB)
-English – advanced (B2, corporate office language)
