Thousands of commercial customers are using services in IT operations and application support, maintainance of networks and infrastructure and overall IT service outsorcing. For improvement of customer service, the subsidiary in Košice is looking for enthusiastic Roll out Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating process in the build phase of project - after gathering requirements from the customer up to setting and supervising the execution of multiple project processes
- Daily coordination of team members, supervisiong their delivery, assisting in all project related questions
- Point of contact for the Project owner and if needed for the customer
- Measuring the fullfillment of assignments, responsible for keeping deadlines and SLAs

Personality requirements and skills
- IT/Technical Education and background
- Experience with networking - routing and switching, CCNA knowledge (or certification)
- Experience with Project coordination or supervising fellow team members and reporting to managers
- Fluency in German AND english language - both are business languages
- Team spirit, flexibility, responsibility and assertivity
