Job information

Responsibilities:

• Monitors the services and quality within the HR Support Centre in BA and beyond
• Work closely with the Head HR Operations Services, Head HR Support Centre, Team leads on site and other global HR teams
• Ensure that provided services are consistent, meeting requirements and customer expectations
• Monitors and improves the quality of customer experiences, effective customer care and satisfaction
• Monitors performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
• Active interaction with other processing or business units to identify and fix root causes
• Supports Head of Service Centre in developing controls and compliances for all services
• Makes suggestions for changes, improvements and how to implement them
• Draws up training needs analysis in collaboration with team leads
• Coordinates training activities and monitors the knowhow maintenance

Requirements:

• Fluent English
• At least 3 years of experience in Process management, process improvement, fixing of gaps in processes and KPIs ideally in SSC environment
• Excellent planning and organising skills
• High customer awareness and focus
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Flexible, self-driven and accountable
• Strong communication skill
