Job information

Responsibilities:

• Solve functional and technical system requirements
• Functional process performance measures, metrics and reporting
• System maintenance and testing
• Liaison between business unit power users and systems support
• Coordinating maintenance and service requests
• Project team member and system support
• Cooperation with business unit customers, application support and technical leads
• Determine needs and functional requirements, assist in designing and implementing business solutions
• Assist in developing standardized work processes and tools
• Maintain records and prepare reports

Requirements:

• Fluent English language
• 3 years of experience with data analysis and reporting
• Analytical skills
• Ability to effectively work on diverse project teams
• Customer service focus
• Flexibility in supporting business unit needs
• Ability to travel (25% of the time)
