Job information

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst for the running IFRS 9 - Risk Parameter (PD, LDG) Project Stream to strenghten our team.


- Responsible for turning business' ideas and requests into tangible concepts and requirement specifications for technical implementation
- Developing new and optimizing existing processes in risk management
- Acting as a consultant for our Business Partners in risk management
- Alignment of business requirements with all Company subsidiaries
- Running / participating in feasibility studies
- Supporting project managers in organization and preperation of user acceptance tests
- Participating in training efforts for end-users as well as internal staff
- Management of non technical projects


RPS (Rating Processes & Solutions) is a department within GCF RMCC (Risk Management Competence Center) and responsible for rating solutions and rating related solutions for the entire company. The organization follows the ONE IT approach, where competence for both, ORG and IT, rests within RPS. The department covers the implementation of rating related systems with responsibilities over the whole project lifecycle (business analysis, solutions analysis, design and testing phases, …). RPS handles as well the operational tasks related to the systems in its area of competence

Generally required knowledge:

- University degree or graduation from an institute of higher education (beneficial)
- Practical experience as Business Analyst or similar role in Risk Management area would be ideal
- Knowledge of IFRS 9 Standard especially the impairment topic is beneficial
- Experienced and trained in requirement engineering
- Able to work in complex, multicultural environments
- Good organisational skills, analytical skills, process and solution oriented
- High integration and communication skills
- Proficient in English - spoken and written
- Basic banking knowledge
- High customer orientation
