Job information

Successful candidate will be supporting the client management teams, responsible for business managed by European Branches. Reinsurance Operations Representative is the port of call for all administrative tasks and the driving force for their execution, collaborating with our internal stakeholders.

Your main tasks delivered in English language
- ensuring proper entries in data tools (responsible for data quality in systems)
- monitoring processes and reminding of pending tasks and deadlines
- data gathering, reviewing of the client portfolio and reporting
- preparing and checking contractual documentation in compliance with the guidelines
- drafting external correspondence
- preparing travel documentation and presentations for client visits and events based on request
- establishing & maintaining strong collaboration with client facing staff
- web site researches
- daily use of Swiss Re tools and applications and MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- cooperating and coordinating tasks across internal teams
- other specific tasks as required by client facing staff and/or line manager

Generally required knowledge:

Required work experience - Minimum 2 years

Preferred work experience:
- Business administration
- Insurance & re-insurance
- Shared business services

Your Skills
- Language skills: English advanced, French as an advantage
- MS office package ( Excel, Word, Power Point)
