Job information

 management and responsibility for computer network and network infrastructure, phone system, data and communication services, print services, wireless scanners,
 support for dealing with computer network incidents,
 operation and documenting patch panels, manage server rooms,
 IT support operations and incident management - nonstandard / industrial computers and production systems,
 general support in removing IT malfunctions,
 cooperation with foreign IT colleagues and IT suppliers,
 collaboration with other departments to solve different IT-related tasks,
 coordination of activities and IT project management,

Generally required knowledge:

 university education – the 1st, 2nd or 3rd degree, technical, engineering, IT preffered,
 English – active,
 knowledge of computer networks (OSI model, routing, setting the IP address), troubleshooting client/server architecture,
 knowledge of telecommunications technologies, knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 7 -problem solving, investigation, backup and restore of OS,
 knowledge of Windows Server 2003 (2008 preferred), dministration and troubleshooting (the server service, EventLog...),
 occasional work at heights,
 analytical skills and ability to solve problems,
 active interest in new knowledge , ITC Technologies,
 ability to work in a team, communication skills , organizational skills,
 ability to adapt to changing tasks and conditions and the ability to manage stress,
 precision, autonomy, communicative and organizational skills...
