*Review and book invoices from supplier

* Financial and accounting tasks assigned by supervisor
* Calculation and accfounting of business trips
* Checking of accounting documents
* Evidence, record and depreciationts of Fixed Assets
* Processing of accounting documents
* Reporting according the needs of FIN dept
* Cooperation with other department to prepare expense estimation
* Preparation and processing of payments
* Bank account booking, reconciliation of Bank accounts

Generally required knowledge:
Requirements for the employee:
University education : minim (Bachelor's degree)
Administrative and economic skills:
Invoicing - advanced
Warehouse management - advanced
Double-entry bookkeeping - advanced
Personality requirements and skills:
* Accounting and Finance related degree, minimum education level: bachelor
* At least 5 years working experience and CPA firm experience is plus
* Good English communication skill
* Have experience in VAT, financial statement, annual report and income tax preparation
